Pricing and Licensing portal provides up-to-date information on our pricing and product releases. The portal also contains key information and user-generated content (documents, webcasts, etc.) that support the launch of Omnissa products. Important Update: Republication of November 2025 Price Lists

The November Channel, Federal and Reseller Price Lists have been republished on November 7th, 2025 to incorporate price correction identified as part of internal quality assurance reviews:

  • The following SKU "EDU-5PDT-DO-T1" will be subject to a price correction in the upcoming revisions of the Channel, Federal and Reseller Pricebooks.
  • The new versions have been uploaded with the following nomenclature: “REVISED- [Price List Name]”. For e.g.- “REVISED-2025.11.03-NA-USD-CHANNEL-PL” and “REVISED-2025.11.03-NA-USD-RESELLER-PL”

Call to Action:

  • Partners need to download and use the latest uploaded "REVISED" Price Lists instead of the earlier version published on October 3rd, 2025 for Channel, Federal Pricebooks and November 3rd, 2025 for Reseller Pricebooks. This will ensure there are no discrepancies in processing the changes going live on November 7, 2025.

Update regarding November 2025 Price Lists (published on October 3rd, 2025)

  • Distributors / Aggregators / Service Providers:
    • The latest Quarterly Price lists for November 2025 changes have been published on October 3rd, 2025 and can be accessed from Resources under Pricing and Licensing page. All the changes are effective November 3rd, 2025
    • The price lists have been posted in the new format as per previous communication. The “PL” tab contains the consolidated price list data. Please refer to the tabs “Key changes” and “New format” for more details regarding the new format. Note the file nomenclature is also changed as follows:
      • Channel Price Lists (for Distributors / Aggregators): 2025.11.03-[Region]-[Currency]-CHANNEL-PL
      • Federal Price List: 2025.11.03-USD-FEDERAL-PL
      • Service Provider Price Lists: 2025.11.03-[Region]-[Currency]-SP-PL
  • Resellers Only:
    • The November Reseller Price lists will be published on November 3rd, 2025

Important notice regarding EOL of WS1 Assist for Horizon SKUs

The following WS1 Assist for Horizon SKUs are being EOL’d with an immediate effective date of August 14th, 2025. These changes will be reflected in the upcoming price list release for November 2025 (to be published in October 2025).   • Additional 113 SKUs have been moved to “End of Sale” status in the Channel Price Lists for Distributors / Aggregators
  • 6 SKUs have been reverted to “Active” status in the Service Provider Price Lists
  • The new versions have been uploaded with the following nomenclature: “REVISED-[Price List Name]”. For e.g.- “REVISED-2025.08.04-NA-USD-CHANNEL-PL”

Upcoming changes to the Price List format (starting August 2025 release)

Omnissa will be updating the price list format with the next price list release for August 2025 changes which will be published in the 1st week of July 2025. This initiative aims to enhance the clarity and usability of the pricelists by simplifying the presentation of data, eliminating redundancies, and incorporating additional contextual information where appropriate.

Here are some key points about the proposed changes:

  • Single consolidated tab: The price lists will feature a streamlined design containing only a single tab making it easier to navigate and locate product and pricing details in one place
    • The existing tabs for “All Changes”, “EOL” and “Countries by OMN Market Segment” will be removed. The information from these tabs will be presented in form of additional columns in the consolidated tab
    • The single tab will contain both On-premise (Perpetual / Term License) and SaaS (SaaS and Subscription) SKUs which used to be published in different tabs or price lists as per the previous format. New columns will be added to identify the offer type for each SKU
  • Additional columns: New columns will be added to provide more insights into SKU specifications, pricing structures and attributes related to quoting workflows
  • Removal of legacy columns: Certain columns which are no longer in use will be removed

SKU Simplification August 2025

Republication of May Price Lists with additional columns (Only for Distributors / Aggregators)

To support partners in the transition away from the Proforma process (effective July 1, 2025), the May 2025 Channel Price Lists will be republished to include additional information related to Total Contract Value (TCV). While TCV details will be formally incorporated into the August 2025 price lists, the republished May 2025 versions may be referenced for transactions occurring prior to the effective date of August 4, 2025 for the August 2025 price lists.

The updated May 2025 Channel Price Lists will be available for download on July 1, 2025, under the 'Channel Price List' section of the Partner Connect portal. Please note that this republication applies exclusively to the Channel Price Lists and does not extend to the Reseller or Service Provider Price Lists for May 2025.

Important notice regarding EOL of Horizon Named User to Concurrent User upgrade SKUs

The following Horizon Named User to Concurrent User upgrade SKUs are being EOL’d with an immediate effective date of June 2nd, 2025. Update regarding May 2025 Price Lists (published on April 4th, 2025)

  • Distributors / Aggregators Only:
    • The latest Quarterly Price lists for May 2025 changes have been published on April 4th, 2025 and can be accessed from Resources under Pricing and Licensing page. All the changes are effective May 5th, 2025
    • China-USD Price List must be used for China and Mongolia with immediate effect
    • The expiration dates of “End of Life (EOL)” recurring billing SKUs have been extended by 6 months to provide additional time for operational processing

Update regarding GA of New DEM and TAM SKUs

New DEM Term SKUs which were previously delayed are live from February 10th, 2025 onwards. The New TAM SKUs have also gone live from February 20th, 2025 onwards.

GA Push Notification – New DEM Term and TAM SKUs

The launch of the new Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM) and Technical Account Management (TAM) SKUs has been delayed. These SKUs were expected to go live on February 3rd, 2025. Currently there is no ETA for the GA, but we will continue to communicate updates as they are available.

Update regarding Price Lists published on February 3rd, 2025

  • Distributors / Aggregators Only:
    • The updated version of Quarterly Price Lists has been published to provide preview of changes as per the new Opportunity Registration Program of the Omnissa Partner Program (OPP) which is expected to launch on March 24th, 2025. These can be found with prefix "2025.03.01" in the file names. Note that the February Price Lists (with prefix "2025.02.01") published on January 3rd, 2025 should be referenced for the existing Opportunity Registration Benefits till March 23th, 2025
    • The Federal Price List contains Description and Comments changes for Workspace ONE FedRAMP SKUs effective March 3rd, 2025
  • Resellers Only:
    • The latest February Price lists have been published in the "Omnissa Reseller Price List" section
  • All Partners:
    • EMEA-USD2 Price List will be discontinued starting February 2025
    • China-USD Price List must be used for China with immediate effect
